First of all, I don't think "female" breasts are any different from "male" chests so no one should get arrested for indecent exposure regarding ones chest. It's stupid and dumb. There's nothing wrong with a woman, trans* or cis, showing their chest. 

AS WELL how firetrucking DARE they accuse her of a crime only a woman can commit and then jail her with men. That's trans*phobic. The poor women was surrounded by men that could of easily hurt her. Ugh juST UGHUGHGU

Apparently she never actually showed her breasts. It was the way her top looked on her and the police used that as an excuse to arrest her.
