dat smile....

I've tried several times already and I'll do it again here. Who's up for an organized light vs dark wi-fi multiplayer showdown?!

Uhh... I've played the NES one, I don't have a 3DS yet, and I'd need to get the Circle Pad Pro with it in order to get this game... I've heard a lot of negative things about the CPP though. Anyone here that has it willing to give their opinion on it? Also, I'm interested in the new one, so count me in.

The Circle Pad Pro is optional. And just so you know, the you can edit the control settings to suit your preference in almost anyway. The gameplay itself is awesome and the story is quite enjoyable as well.

I know it's optional, but I'm a lefty, and I've tried the lefty controls without the CPP... They were kinda awkward. I've heard I'd get used to them, but I'd kinda like to hear some thoughts on the CPP also, since that supposedly makes it a lot smoother.

I'm also left handed and I decided to switch the controls like this: move with A, B, X, and Y. Double tap them to dash or dodge (makes walking easier too) move the reticle with the circle pad and fire with the shoulder button of your choice.

I think I might have tried that one when I played, if that was one of the given setups. Does it work well? Sorry for asking all these questions, I'd really like to play this game, just didn't want to have to deal with any issues with the controls.

It works great for me. Not only is walking easier as I said, but if you adjust the reticles movement speed the right way, camera control is also a whole lot easier.

Oh, really? Alright, I'll try that out when I can play the game. Might have to play through on my brother's copy or something. Thanks for the advice!
