I woke up in the streets of Shibuya. My head was pounding. How did I get here? I wondered to myself. I went back over everything that had happened. Today was my fifteenth birthday. I was going to Mr. Hanekoma's coffee shop. What next, though? The people around me were talking. Laughing. Making noise. I slipped my headphones over my ears and turned up my music to drown them out, and continued thinking. Suddenly, I remembered my encounter with that strange man who called himself the Conductor. "Hikari Sakuraba, you are dead." he told me. How did I die? I couldn't remember. He told me I was in the Reaper's Games. What are the Reaper's Games anyway? Those questions raced through my head, then I remembered something else he'd told me. I needed a partner. I looked around frantically, trying to find anyone to team up with. I got the feeling that this could mean life or death. "Hey, does anyone want to partner up!?" I shouted out loud, hoping someone would respond. I realized that if I was dead, only other players could probably see me. I needed to find one before it was too late...

My phone went off I already know what it was about but I checked it anyway

~Go to 104. You have on hour, Fail and face erasure-The Repears~

I looked up at my partner and nodded in agreement "Yea, lets go" I stood up aswell and started walking

I followed Kay, and decided to get to know her a bit. After all, our lives depended on each other. "So, do you know your way around town, also?" I asked her. "It would make things a lot easier if my partner already knew her way around here!" I stared up at the building. I wonder if we'll run into anyone else there...? I thought to myself, and continued walking.

I started walking backwards looking at Hikari

"Am I supposed to know?" I said in a smart mouth kinda tone

"And besides its not as fun if its easier" I rolled my eyes and turned around saying to myself "I already know we won't do right together"

Ugh, I don't know if I'll be able to stand a week with her... I thought to myself. "Well, it'd be nice if I wasn't the only one in the group that knew how to get around here... Besides, why are you concerned about how much fun we'll have, anyway? Our lives are on the line here!" I asked, getting a little frustrated with Kay.

"Well I don't think thats none of your concern, now is it"

I turned and stared at her "Does that answer your question? Okay then" I shook me head

I can't go one week partnered up with this girl...

"Do you really think I know where 104 is?" Rei asked, her Tsundere side showing itself.

There was silence as she looked at the few remaining players.

"I'm Rei Kagane. You are....?" She asked.

As Zetsu watching the players's arguments (Hikari and Kay),he was think of something."Let's see if i can test their relationships...."Zetsu said as he use his power from afar to control the vehicle nearby and throw at them. And not just that,he summoned a few noises to dealing with them...

"I guess not then!" Alexander nearly yelled in a sarcastically dramatic tone. Immediately after, his expression went back straight amd rather serious. After a short exhale of breath, Alexander let out his hand. "I'm Alexander. Alexander Davis." He said, with a pretty clichè greeting. (Tsk, I think we'll make great frenemies, Rei.) Alexander thought to himself. His hair naturally swooped in front of one eye again.

"Sorry~" Rei snapped rather sarcastically, yet meaningfully.

"Well Alexander, obviously this 104 isn't hard to find..." she sighed.

Alexander took note of the car flying towards some others, it falling straight to the ground instead of to them when I looked

(Hm?) Alexander thought for a few seconds. He was sure he felt something....

Digging into his pockets he found two pins. One had a faint glow to it, gradually decreasing. "..." Alexander stared into.it for a moment. "Whatever." He finally decided. He put the pins in his pocket and turned back to Rei. He pat her head once. "Don't worry. You're forgiven." He said with a short scoff. He then glanced around, keeping his time-tattooed hand in his jacket pocket for now. "We have like, fifty minutes now. We should go."

I had a feeling that something was coming, i looked back and a car was flying towards me and Hikari, I stepped out the way and looked at her "You should really watch out sometimes..." I said calmly and pushed her rather hard making her roll on the ground a few feet away from the flying car, I looked up "What was that anyway?" I just shrugged beginning to walk again but then noises started to appear "Are you serious?"

I looked back up at Kay. "What was that for!? I can walk out of the way of a car too, you know!" I shouted at her, then noticed these weird frog-like creatures. "Uhh, nice demon frogs..." I said, looking around for something to defend myself with. I felt something in my pocket, and reached in it to find out what it was. I pulled out two pins; a black one with a white skull emblem, and a pin with an image of fire on it. I held out the fire one towards the monsters, and a trail of fire appeared, killing one of them.  "Woah..." I whispered, amazed that I'd done that.

"Yes, let's go..." Rei said simply. She started walking along with Alexander. Three numbers, 55 minutes, it couldn't be that hard to complete this message.

"I know but you were going to slow" I then watched as Hikari took down a noise "Wow you actually defeated something" I clapped then smirked "Alright its my turn... time to use what my dad taught me" I used a meteor spike pin killing three of them the used a fire pin killing another one

Alexander led the way. He walked with Rei, trying to keep only slightly past her pace. Despite ot all, the 104 building was but oblivion in Alexander's mind. Rei didn't know where it was either, so Alexander led ahead in a completely random direction. He nearly stopped for a moment to ask someone if they knew where 104 was, before realizing that they couldn't sense us being here....

"Sooo, Rei," Alexander started, breaking the silence. He was about to ask her how she ended up here...but who wants to answer on how they died? He came up with a more abstract way of asking her questions. "How about we get to know a bit more about eachother? If we're partners and all....."

I glared at Kay. "What's THAT supposed to mean?" I shouted at her, then saw her take out the creatures. "Wait... your father taught you about these?" I asked. As I asked that, I blasted the remaining monsters with the fire pin, solving that problem. "And... what were those?" I asked, not exactly to anyone, as I didn't expect any answers.

"Its exactly what it sounded like"I crossed my arms while she was finishing defeating the noises then nodded "Yes he did, why?" I asked curiously

I looked over at Kay, still mad at her. "Well, how would he teach you about these, anyway? These don't make any sense, I've never seen pins do these kinds of things until I'd died!" I looked back at the timer on my hand, remembering we didn't have time to stay here and talk. "Ugh, just follow me and explain as we go. We can't afford to take our time with this..." I walked in the direction of 104, which thankfully wasn't too far from there.

"You expect me to blurt stuff out about myself when I just got here, my sisters are alive in the real world, I can't see out of my damned left eye, and I barely know you?" Rei stated rather rudely.

She needs to trust people a lot before actually telling people stuff like her personal life.

"Yep, pretty much." Alexander said only shortly after Rei spoke. He sighed. Stopping for a moment, he turned around, gazing his exposed eye to Rei. "Well, what exactly would you like to talk about? The perfect afterlife weather?" Alexander asked her, obviously sarcastic but no sign of it in his voice. He held his face with his hand, feeling the ruffling of his long hair covering the eye opposite of Rei's blind eye. He turned back around and continued walking in an indistinct direction. "We ARE partners, right?..."

"You ask so many questions... Do you ever shut up?" I rolled my eyes "And YOU have never seen them until you died, not me... but enough with the questions I don't wanna tell my life story to someone who obvisouly has a problem with me" I glared at her "And someone that I have a problem with aswell" I turned away from her then ran in the direction of the 104 shaking my head "I don't have time to play around with childish acting people!!!"

"Yes, I am indeed dead. Now, if you'll excuse me..." Arai said, brushing past the guy before her phone rang. 'Who'd be texting a dead girl?' She thought to herself, taking the phone out. It was from the Reapers. Her first mission was to find 104. And she still didn't have a partner, unless her clumsy friend would like to take this oppurtunity to get a partner himself. She turned quickly, practically slapping him with her long, fiery red hair. "I still need a partner and it's mission time already. Would you like to be my partner?" She asked, cleanly and politely. No time to be fooling around like she normally did, she needed to get this done.

"Mission? Partner? Look, I just woke up here for the first time, so I have no idea what goes on here, but, I can tell this is important. Sure, I will be your "partner"." Ray said, holding out his hand. "Ray Absolon, at your service."

I shut up, not wanting to cause too large of an argument. After all, I needed to trust this girl, right? I pulled my headphones back on and listened to my music as I chased after Kay, trying not to fall behind. 104 loomed just ahead, it seemed like we'd make it after all... I hoped the other players were getting along well with their own partners.

"Alexander, please give me some time to trust you...." Rei said seriously, looking at her 'partner'.Looking around, she looked up at a building with the numbers 104 on it. "There it is..." She said, pointing up.

"Fine, fine, fine." Alexander agreed. He sighed again before Rei spoke up again. He looked ahead and slightly upwards, then to Rei for only a few short moments. "Yeah, I know." He uttered. It was a white lie at best, the building was in clear sight, but Alexander didn't pay enough attention to see the huge number 104 out big enough for it not to need to have flashing lights and signs. Alexander walked towards the building and plugged in his earphones again, scrolling through Japanese music. Most of his songs were either Japanese, or American, obviously English Rock or music some people would call 'emo'. Darker music usually tended to soumd better and cooler to Alexander, that's all.
