S.M.ENTERTAINMENT will be holding ‘S.M.ART EXHIBITION (에스.엠.아트 엑시비션), a contents IT exhibition.

 

‘S.M.ART EXHIBITION’ will be held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul from August 10th to 19th. The exhibition is a combination of SM’s premium contents and the most advanced digital contents. S.M.ENTERTAINMENT and global businesses have collaborated together to present the world’s first interactive entertainment exhibition.

 

Especially, there will be a 3D stereoscopic theater which will give visitors a sense of meeting SM artists in front of them. In addition, it will include holographs of live performances with high quality production and visitors will also be able to experience the 360 degree camera used in the movie ‘The Matrix.’ Visitors will be able to make video calls with stars through a large screen, making it different from existing regular digital entertainment exhibitions.

 

Also, as the exhibition was designed as a world tour culture-platform, the exhibition will be held in various countries under the name of ‘S.M.ART EXHIBITION WORLD TOUR.’

 

Meanwhile, it is predicted that ‘SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR III,’ which will be held in Seoul, Korea on August 18th, and the exhibition will generate synergy effect.

Following in her sister’s footsteps, f(x)’s Krystal will step on the mound next week at the Seoul Jamsil Baseball Stadium to throw the first pitch. Krystal has proved her exceptional athleticism by winning last year’s “Kim Yuna’s Kiss and Cry,” a competitive figure skating survival program. As such, many baseball, as well as K-Pop, fans can’t wait to see what she’s able to do on the pitcher’s mound.

 

A representative of SM Entertainment stated, “While she’s been busy with promotions for f(x)’s new album, Krystal has been constantly practicing her throw to show everyone a great pitch.”

 

Krystal will have her ceremonial first pitch on June 19 at 6:30PM KST at the Doosan Bears vs. Nexen Heroes game. 'SMTOWN LIVE WORLDTOUR III in TAIWAN' Fascinated 30,000 Audiences!

 

 

SM proved its global brand power once again by ending ‘SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR Ⅲ in TAIWAN’ with great success.

 

‘SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR III in TAIWAN’ was held at the Hsinchu County Stadium in Taipei on the 9th at 5:30 p.m.(Local Time) and SM artists including Kangta, BoA, TVXQ!, Super Junior, Zhang Li Yin, Girls’ Generation, SHINee, f(x) and EXO fascinated 30,000 audiences.

 

Also, on the 8th, about 1,000 fans had gathered at the Taipei Taoyuan Airport to see SM artists and Taiwanese media such as CTV, TVBS, etc. reported on the scenes of SM artist at the airport.

 

At the concert, each artist presented performances of their hits as well as other tracks and there were performances of unit groups such as Super Junior-M, Super Junior Donghae & Eunhyuk and GIRLS’ GENERATION-TTS and special joint performances of SM artists.

 

Especially, various joint performances such as ‘DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love’ by GIRLS’ GENERATION-TTS and EXO’s D.O., CHAN YEOL, LU HAN and SE HUN, ‘今天你要嫁给我’ by Super Junior-M’s Zhoumi and f(x)’s Victoria and ‘愛不單行’ by Super Junior’s Ryeowook and Eunhyuk and EXO’s CHEN drew explosive responses from fans.

Girls' Generation is back with 4th Japanese Single 'Paparazzi'

 

 

 

Girls’ Generation is back with another single to dominate the Japanese music industry again this summer. Exactly 1 year and 2 months after the release of their 3rd Japanese single ‘Mr.Taxi’ (released on April 27th, 2011), Girls’ Generation’s 4th Japanese single ‘Paparazzi’ is set to be unveiled on June 27th, 2012. Just hours after the announcement of the single’s release, the PV teaser was revealed through SMTOWN’s official YouTube channel.

 

Earlier this month during an interview with JoongAng Daily, Tiffany described the new single ‘Paparazzi’ as a fast-beat dance song that has the most difficult choreography in history. The production team of the single includes Grammy Award winner Miles Walker (mixing) and world-renowned Sterling Sound’s Tom Coyne (mastering).

 

 

In the teaser PV revealed, Girls’ Generation members appeared as top stars who are getting all the attention with bodyguards accompanying them as they made their way to a theater. Also, through the teaser, one could clearly hear the repeated verse of ‘ooh la la la~’. Another aspect that strikes the attention of the viewers is the members’ fashionable appearance in beige-colored trench coats in front of a broadway theater.

 

There will be a total of 5 versions of music videos and soon, you will get to see these awesome music videos on Facebook!

In other news -

 

At midnight of June 15th, two versions (Full Version and Dance Edit) of ‘Paparazzi’ music video were released through SM Town official YouTube channel. In just less than two days, the full version of the ‘Paparazzi’ MV recorded more than 1.6 million views while the dance version has about 850,000 views on YouTube.

 

The girls are scheduled to appear on TV Asahi’s ‘Music Station’ on June 22nd along with Linkin Park, KAT-TUN, etc.
