I know that there is an official one coming out, but i thought i should make this to clear this up:
13 BSJ(Before Sora's Journey):
Ventus is taken to the DI by Master Xehanort, after his master fractured his heart in order to create Vanitas. Sora's newborn heart finds Ventus, and merges hearts with him, saving Ven and affecting Vanita's appearence. MX then takes Ventus to the Land of Departure where he resides with Aqua and Terra for the next 3 years.
10 BSJ:
The events of BBS take place.
Ventus destroys the X-blade and falls into a comatose state. His heart finds Sora, and resides with him for the next decade.
MX merges with Terra, becoming Terranort, but Terra's lingering will defeats the new Terranort, causing him to retreat.
Aqua brings Ven to the land of departure and turns it into CO, and leaves him there to rest. She then heads to Radiant Garden and fights Terranort, trying to free Terra. She saves Terranort from getting trapped in the ROD, at the cost of herself getting trapped.
Ansem the wise and his apprentices find Terranort, and Ansem takes him in as an apprentice.
10 BSJ -0 SJ(Sora's Journey):
Aqua remains trapped in the ROD.
Terranort conducts plans to create the heartless, and a future Org. XIII, despite Ansem TW's disagreement with his experiments. Terranort later turns all of ATW's apprentices into Nobodies, and casts out ATW from Radiant Garden. He then frees his own heart and creates Ansem Seeker of Darkness, and Xemnas.
Ansem SOD goes on to lead the heartless, while Xemnas gathers nobodies for the organization and creation of Kingdom Hearts.
Sora, Riku and Kairi spend their days on the Islands during this time.
Aqua finds the Castle of Dreams trapped in the ROD during her time trapped there.
1 SJ:
The events of Kingdom Hearts 1 take place.
Roxas and Namine are created, Ansem SOD is defeated, Sora, Donald and Goofy close the door to darkness and save the worlds, but King Mickey and Riku are trapped in the ROD. Sora and his friends continue their quest to find the King and Riku.
The events of COM take place.
Sora, Donald and Goofy get put into stasis in order to regain the memories they lost in CO. Riku and Mickey escape the ROD and leave CO together, with Riku having to use a blindfold in order to hide his darkness.
1-2 SJ:
The events of 358/2 Days take place.
Roxas and Xion(The replica of Roxas) are reabsorbed back into Sora, thanks to the actions of Riku and Diz. Riku maintains Ansem's form, in order to combat the Organization.
2 SJ:
The events of KH2 take place.
Riku's darkness has been weakened, allowing him to regain his original form, ATW is teleported to the ROD due to his machine exploding, Sora and Riku defeat Xemnas, and return to the Destiny Islands with Kairi and rest there for a month or so.
2 SJ(One month later):
The events of Coded take place.
It is revealed that with the destruction of Xehanort's Nobody and Heartless, he will now return. Mickey sends a letter to Sora and Riku instructing them to take the Mark Of Mastery exams in order to learn how to wake a sleeping heart and become Keyblade Masters.
The events of DDD take place.
It is revealed that the True Organization XIII was made in order to combat the 7 lights and eventually forge the X-Blade. Sora is saved for Org. XIII's clutches and Riku is made a Keyblade master. The war against Org. XIII is enivitable, as if 7 lights don't fight them, they will go after the 7 princesses of heart.
Aqua encounters ATW in the ROD, and finds out that Sora has saved the worlds twice.
