yes you can. I let Kab kannon die for a brilliant fantasy then rescan get another dark firaga then let it die again and continue

I'm not sure, I've never tried it.  You could always save your game, dismiss your spirit, then see if the AR card works.  If it does, then you are good.  If it doesn't, you have your save file to go back on.

You can. I've done that multiple times to get materials. 

I don't have any AR cards, so I don't know.

I think if you don't have it in your deck (it's died, not just removed from the party) you can (as in you can't just unequip and scan for multiple Kab Kannons), I know I have before for Brilliant fantasies (but it took so long I only did it once, I was high leveled).

  The AR cards are available online, on sites like tumblr and such.  I used that for the cards I didn't get (that weren't released to the UK)
