Can't say I'm surprised

This one's hardly a matter of opinion. 

 

I have no loyalties to Sony at all, I've never bought anything from them, and I've never owned a single Playstation anything.But when comparing the PS4 to the Xbox One, at least from what we know so far, the PS4 is better in every conceivable way... unless you just don't like your left analog stick to be downward... or something.

The way MS handled their XBox reveal is mostly the reason why the results are the way they are. The conference wasn't for the hardcore fanbase, it was for the mainstream audience. This was to impress people who wouldn't usually play on the Xbox with all the TV features and NFL fantasy stats.

 

Those are cool and everything, but Sony focused on the hardcore gamer because they know that they are the ones that are buying PS4 day one and sticking with them. Sony went for gamers, MS went for everyone else.

 

E3 will be a great test for both consoles, where MS has said where their games will be. For now I'm in the PS4 camp, but I'm going to give Xbone a chance to convince me they have great games as well.  We're only a few days away and I can't wait!

Actually you are quite wrong. How did Sony only appeal to hardcore gamers and Microsoft to everyone else? Microsoft with its needed internet connections and other mistakes it has made, certainly gives the appeal of people who dont have internet and people who are looking for a family console, to Sony.It seems X-box One only really appealed to X-box fanboys.Btw I'm so happy about how Sony is going against Microsoft. While Microsoft thinks they can just throw money around and have gamers in there pockets, Sony has earned this positive appeal.

Yeah, I've played them all. But about a year ago I had to borrow a PS2 and KH1, 2, and RE:CoM from a girl I was dating at the time, and I borrowed my friend's PSP to play birth by sleep.

 

I returned them of course, haha
