Gamestop and Walmart are the only physical stores where you can get the art book. Amazon and Square Enix are the 2 additional online retailers. I preordered mine with amazon, but I recommend Gamestop if you are going to the store to get it. 

I preordered mine at GAME, which is a retail store but based in the UK.

In Australia you can pre-order Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX Limited Edition at either EB Games or JB Hi-Fi.
