Metaphore? Could this be a new literary term???

I know this is the random section, but If I know anything about metaphors, that is not one.

What's a metaphore?

Not sure if you are being sarcastic/taking advantage of the Random thread, and now I just realized he misspelled the word...lol

I know what a metaphor is.

But I'm still not sure what a metaphore is.

So true, so many books give this concept.

Metaphore.

Meh-tah-fore. N. The concept of using one thing to refer to another without using the words 'like' or 'as'. V. To use a metaphore. Adj. Describing said phrase as a metaphore (see: idiom)

I made my own literary term back in high school. Do not steal it. heh.

I think that's a good metaphore and has truth in it

I know what a metaphor is.

But I'm still not sure what a metaphore is.
