the cpsc has banned bucky products. that old news. the ceo of buckyballs said that he will "get his day in court". this interested me becouse if they took this to court then they would probably win. did this court session already happen or not? am i just blabering about old news?

i personaly think that this was a very bad thing to do. how can you just ban a popular toy that takes saftey more seriously than any other product i've seen and just leave the more dangerous products alone? its just not right. CPSC, pls rethink this.
