Out of all the games so far, i would rate it a 9, without a doubt. I think its a good FF series, its a nice break from the other games, and its unique. That's probably another reason many people hate, but i don't care, i love the universe, the stories, the characters, and the gameplay way too much.

I've only played XIII-2 and I haven't played any other FF games so I don't know how much credibility I have when I say I'll give it a 9 too. 

 

Idk I hear a lot of mixed reviews about the series, but I really enjoyed XIII-2 for the story and gameplay sooo for that I'll give it a 9 as well.

Thank god, someone else doesn't mind calling it XIII-3. I call it that anyway, since LR: FFXIII is XIII-3 anyway no matter how you look at it.

I'll let you know after I actually finish the games. Only half of the saga has been released so far.

So far I would say 5-6, it is not bad or terrible, but medicore and disappointment as Final Fantasy game

Actually 13-3/Lightning Returns: FF13 does exist now. It just hasn't been finished and released to the public. How else could it have a percentage of how much it's been completed, if it hasn't even been created yet? It can't, thats why.
