I'm counting Master Xehanort, Young Xehanort, and Terranort as the same person. The armors don't count as they are just extensions of existing wielders slash non-canon. Yen Sid doesn't count because we've never actuall seen him wield a blade. Data versions don't count because they are just that, data versions of existing wielders.
