#1. Who is stupid enough to get banned? #2. Why worry about being banned unless you're one of those scammers or hackers or abusers. #3. Who gives a damn if you are one of those and get banned. Theoretically if you get banned you're really stupid and you deserve it so your loss of games and money :P #4 #1 2 3 #5 Don't get banned. Most PC games work like that too or CoD. If you get banned on CoD on ANY system the game is pretty much useless for multiplayer and all you get is singleplayer. Works the same for any PC games, say you get banned and you bought a lot of items in the game's store. BOOM you get banned. No refund! This works with alot of companies even Playstation probably. It's how things work. Just because Xbox said that stuff it DOESN'T MEAN A THING.

True, but it shouldn't matter to like 90% of the people. The 10% that usually get banned should be worrying :P
