    Considering I don't believe in ghosts or demons or anything like that, I say it's just a reflection. I don't know if that fence is metal, but if it is, then that can explain itself. I think even painted wood can do that as well, but don't quote me on that.

    Trust me. Probably a wisp, maybe a cotton ball. While I don't believe in ghosts, I believe in spirits (The nice ghosts)

    Could be anything. A part of a plant, reflection off something, or some sort of dust or something.
