I found a plothole in Final Fantasy XIII.

Go to 14:33. Notice that Hope says "Pulse is Hell on EARTH."

 

As far as we know, there's no planet called EARTH in this game. All there is, is Cocoon, and Gran Pulse, but no information on there ever being an Earth in this universe. Shouldn't Hope said that Pulse is hell on COCOON, since that's his home, not earth. That was a BIG PLOTHOLE in the story.

    Well, according to the subtitles, earth isn't capitalized, so it doesn't look like he's referring to the planet Earth. And saying 'hell on Cocoon' would sound kinda weird.
