Hey guys, In POTC at the end of the boss battle vs the reaper of the aztec coins, Jack said he was going to try and find a way to wield the keyblade do you think he will end up with one or not?? Also i have a theory, the people who give you a keyblade, Do you think they can weild those keyblades?

Honestly, I really don't want everyone to start using the keyblade (Even though everyone already does... but still).

Let the original character wield the keyblades, Mickey is enough. And he is more important to the plot line, so it makes some sence.

Well, there was something that explained that part...

No, I don't think he'll ever get a Keyblade.

You mean how Sora let Jack hold the Keyblade? No.

As shown in BBS, all Keyblade wielders (except Sora, because he was a special case) have undergone the Rite of Succession. This rite involves the succesee haivng a successor grasp their Keyblade. If the successor has suitable power and the rite is performed by a master, then the Keyblade will recognize the successor and appear before him/her.

Terra does this with Riku (Terra's like an unofficial master, simply because he wasn't granted the title, but was proven to have all the skills of being one), and Aqua accidently did this with Kairi (which therefore explains how Kairi can use the Keyblade, even though she doesn't have one of her own). She had meant to do this with Sora but couldn't as Terra already did it with Riku and she didn't want to risk them having to fight one another in the future.

in response to the beginning of your spoiler, perhaps the reason sora could weild a keyblade was because sora took in ven's heart, and ven could wield the keyblade, giving sora the chance to possible wield it

Well it is explained that Sora gained the keyblade when riku submitted to darkness, so it went to the next best thing. although that could have been a factor

Yeah, I really don't remember why he could wield. It's been discussed before on another forum I checked out, but I don't remember the outcome of that discussion. Ven's heart is one of the reasons though. I'll have to check up on that.

alll the people who gave sora keyblades didnt actually give him a keyblade they just gave him like acceories for it and some enhanced strengh depending on who gave it to him
