It's difficult to say, the Nobodies have distinct age changes since BBS to KH2, but since we don't know the exact time they became Nobodies, there is not set answer.

Roxas is the same height as Sora, but since his physical characteristics are based on Ventus, it could be a coincidence.

I'm guessing they age in a similar fashion to Somebodies, which is to say, when the plot says so.
