Baka and Test! - Summon the Beasts

Posted

:D  :D  :D I love Baka and Test. It's one of my fav. Funimation shows. So what do you guys think about it. My favorite character is Yuji.

It is a great show! I feel FUNimation did a great job with the first season, but got a little lazy in the second. Alexis Tipton is one of my favorite voice actress's!

I watched this show just a few months ago. It was one of the funnier shows I've seen. The art style was adorable and whole monster summoning system was a great spin on the normal high school setting. I watched the entire series in the span of a month.

Funimation's dub was great. All the characters had fiting voices, and overall it just fit in with the tone of the show.

The show is good but the second season is crappy

I mostly agree with Junko, and the second season simply wasn't as good. And what's worse was that it ended on a cliffhanger and to the best of my knowledge there is no season 3.

Yup, there's no third season. I wish there was, it really did leave us hanging.

I agree that the second season wasn't as good (most of it was devoted to trying to sneak into the girl's bathroom/showers/whatever... wut), but I still found it funny.

I was hoping for a third season as well, as with you, I still was able to enjoy the second season. Though also the whole mystery for why the wanted to solve by sneaking in there was quite obvious from the start... >.< I mean there were only a few suspects, but only one actually had a motive....

I put this series on hold but maybe I should get back into it.
