This is a fan fic that I am working on, mostly revolving around these guys:

The reason is, they've all been tricked, and misled somehow. They've become lost. I will be posting images along with the next segment in spoilers. Coming to a KH13 topic near you, TOMORROW. I'm posting this now, so that anyone interested can follow the topic to keep up-to-date with the story.Otherwise, move along :D Here's a short teaser for it, that way it's not pointless.

Ten... Ten of us. Some of us are traitors... Some of us are loyalists. All of us are nothing. Not even meant to exist. Our accidental birth has ended, all of us now cease to live in the world of the living. One of us has cheated. One of us lives on... That crazed experimentalist. Number four. He has many selves. Each hiding in shadows, watching. The bigger problem remains... how do we reunite? We cannot re-enter that land of our past, we can only exist in nothingness. A land of infinite space. We have come to call it ...The Void.

To explain a little, in the Manga, Vexen sort of cheated death. He cloned himself many times. To explain more, while some of these peoples "Somebodies" have reappeared, the heart that was once part of the nobody lives on in a place called "The Void." Most of these characters had already developed their own heart (or started to, at least) giving them the "privilege" of living on.

Any questions? I will post the story as a secondary post, so that you get alerted when it's updated.

Wow, this sounds very interesting, and I love the premise and the picture of all the Organization members you put there.  I hope to see more of this in action soon!  You have my interest in the story. :3

Edit: And I don't know why, but in my head I hear Marluxia's voice narrating that parragraph of the premise of the story.  (Then again, I'm a Marluxia fanboy. X3)

----CHAPTER ONE: He Arrives----

Hollow. Empty. Nobodies are nothing but empty shells, so it's fitting that we'd end up in a place just like us. We called it "The Void." It seemed to pretty much go on forever. It was a shelf, and we were the figurines... I'm sorry, I should tell this story from the beginning.
There was a point in time when we were all together- outside the Void, I mean. We were told to do anything possible to gather hearts. Nobodies like us don't have hearts, you know. We're hollow. We wanted to get our own- or at least, that's what we were told to want. We didn't know anything, him and I. We we're part of a much larger group, called Organization XIII. Despite its name, there were fourteen of us. 'Were' being a key word. Like all things, we had to end... a bit too soon, if you ask me. How our semi-existence ended is an unimportant matter... Ugh, I should probably get to the point already.
I arrived here late, according to Axel. Not all of us get here in order. In fact, at that point, we had several members missing, like Zexion and Larxene. Here I go again, over explaining. I'll explain things from my FIRST day, the day I was sent to the Void.
"You're late." Axel. I could hear him, but I couldn't see him. All I could see was darkness. Is this what happens after you die? No... I knew that there was more. I opened my eyes. A tall man with Fiery red hair and a dark, crow cloak greeted my vision. He was surrounded by others who bore the same Attire. Axel offered his hand to assist me, lifting me off the invisible ground. I tried to take a look around, but... everything was clear. No color, no texture, just.. nothing.
"Welcome to the Void, little miss." A voice rung, conjoined with a hand grasping my shoulder. A blonde young man with a strange haircut, named Demyx. We never spent time together, so I hardly recognized him.
"Hi, I'm Marluxia." A third voice shattered my stuttering combo. " I don't remember if we've met, but it doesn't matter now. Who are you?"
"I'm... Xion..." I remember them... or, something in me knows them. Lexaeus, Demyx, Marluxia, Axel, Luxord... but where were the rest? Where was... Roxas?
"Xion... It's okay... He'll be here, I promise!" Ever so soothing, Axel tried his best to ease my trouble. It's like he KNEW what I was thinking. Axel smiled, and just like that, we were together again. The others went back to their business, but Axel and I just stood there, staring at each other, until one of us collapsed into the other, with a weeping hug. One of us, being me.
My life was a mistake, and more of one than any other nobody. I'm merely an imitation- a shade of what was real. I thought when I died, I'd be gone. No second chance, no afterlife, just gone, Like I'd never been there... but that wasn't the case.  I came here, but I didn't know why. Why give a shadow a life?
"Oh, Axel...! I thought I would never see you again." I wailed out, not caring about being strong anymore.
"Never say never, Xion..." We just held each other for the longest time, not saying a word, not opening our eyes. Axel began to sob with me. I was happy again.

The next few days were uneventful. Each would pass like the seasons...until the 12th day. Larxene had reappeared into the scene, only she was... different somehow. She was actually being...nice to me. She even HUGGED me. What was up with that? She strayed away from some of the other members, keeping close to only a few, like Demyx, Luxord and I. She used to be quite outgoing, and extremely foul... now, she was serene and quiet... Something was wrong.
Come the 15th day, two things occurred. Zexion had once again, joined the ranks of Organization XIII. It felt wrong going under the same name, almost dirty. Anyways, Zexion was his normal self, according to Larxene, who'd become one of my close friends since she appeared. Zexion wasn't acting any differently to anyone... except Axel. In fact, a LOT of members had been acting weirdly towards Axel. What exactly was UP with everyone?
Around the 16th day, I was finally used to the Void. I was adjusting to living a life outside of missions and orders, outside destinies and fates. However, there was still a huge hole that needed to be filled. Someone important to me was still not there, still missing from my life... except he was there. Yes, I saw him!
Almost the end of the same day, Axel and I had been catching up. He'd tell me how he'd actually met Sora, the one whose life created mine. He told me how he rebelled against Xemnas, and how he'd save Sora's life.
"Dusks were everywhere, and Sora had been overwhelmed! So I-" He stopped. A noise, a short, but distinct noise rung in the air. Axel shot up, and immediately started running towards the sound.
"C'mon, Xion!" He came back, and quickly grabbed my hand, and continued to rush forward, to that odd, curious sound. Running, Faster and Faster and Faster still! Until...!
A boy. A blonde boy. A blonde, cloaked boy stood in the distance. The cloak all to familiar, and the hair, unmistakable. It was him. Him.
Roxas.
We began screaming, louder, and louder, and LOUDER.
"ROXAS!" We'd shout, we'd scream, we'd wail. The distance between us had finally come to an end, the boy, Roxas, had joined us again. He opened his eyes, looked our way, and grinned his Roxas grin... but it quickly turned into a confused face, a face which was not certain.
"Axel?" Axel almost dragged him to the ground.
"You know, you said YOU'D be waiting, but it looks like I was one who waited!" Roxas smiled, but again, it quickly left his face.
I jumped at him, clinging to his side like a child would a mother.
"Roxas... I can't believe you're back!" I wasn't crying. I was... ecstatic. Roxas, the one who I'd spent my final moments with, was with me, forever. But again, his face was smeared with confounded emotions.
"...Who are you?"

CHAPTER TWO - The Life he Knows.

Not great, but again, this is my first Fan fic, so don't worry. All criticism is welcome.

I like it...but how do the rest of Organzation XII remember Xion but Roxas?

-------Chapter Two - The Life he Knows--------

All that time spent waiting for him… All that time spent hoping for my best friend to be like me… wasted.
“Wh-what do you mean, ‘Who are you?’ It’s me, Xion!” The boy with the shimmering blue eyes just stared back at me, and all I saw was emptiness. He really doesn’t know me. Axel quickly grasped Roxas by the shoulders, and forced him his way.
“You remember me, right buddy?” He yelped with a half-grin. Roxas groaned, and softly nudged Axel back, ever so slightly.
“Of course I remember you. You spent the last few days reminding me to memorize you. It’s HER I don’t know.” He knocked his head back towards my direction, enunciating the word ‘her.’
“Roxas… you really don’t remember me?” I was frozen. Frostbitten. Was it really possible? Was my memory really lost? Roxas starred again, showing that hollowness. He closed his eyes, shaking his head to answer my question.
“I’m sorry, Xion.” He opened his eyes again, to greet mine, but no such greeting was made. I grimaced. How could this happen? The ONE person I would do anything for doesn’t even remember my face! I began to whimper silently. Weak. I don’t want to be weak anymore.
  “Xion, I-“
“NO, ROXAS, YOU DON’T! I WAITED FOR YOU! WHY DID YOU DO THIS, ROXAS?”  Black. In a land of white, none was visible but black. I had left before I knew my feet were moving. Where was I going? I don’t know. Where did I think I could go? What a joke.
Falling…Falling… Why had I fallen? I couldn’t see, I couldn’t hear, I couldn’t feel. All was numb, all was dead.
“He’s back, isn’t he?” That voice that once scared me now began to comfort me. The tall, golden lady sat with me, in that darkness. Why was it dark in a land of white? Maybe it was just mind tricks.
“Larxene… Did you know?” Her solemn face staring back at mine, but just for a moment. She dropped her head, showing more than she wanted.
“…We all did. We knew this was always a possibility. Axel told all of us not to talk to you about it. Told us not to talk about it at all. We strayed from Axel further than we already were.”
  “Were?”
“…When we got here, everything was different. We had knowledge of things we otherwise wouldn’t have known. Xemnas’ true plan and Ansems attempt to revive Sora were just a few things we knew.”
It was then that Larxene told me what I would’ve known if I’d been a proper nobody. Xemnas wasn’t trying to get us hearts… We already had them. Xemnas just wanted to forge the X-blade with Xehanort! The only one who hadn’t grown a heart was Xaldin.
“I don’t get it, what does this have to deal with Roxas?” I complained. All this information was overwhelming, but I needed to know the truth.
“When Ansem was trying to revive Sora, he… well, he gave Roxas a different life. He’d forgotten us. He had new friends, new adventures. But it was all a lie. Roxas was going to disappear… and he did. Roxas doesn’t remember his life with us. He remembers his life in Twilight Town.”
Maybe learning the truth wasn’t a good idea. The pain intensified, only getting worse by the second. Roxas wasn’t my friend anymore. He was just somebody that I used to know.
“Why didn’t you tell me? I COULDV’E PREPARED!” I was enraged. There was no more darkness, only red. Red had set the void ablaze. My feet were flying once more, leaving Larxene in the dust.”
“Because…I didn’t want to hurt my daughter.”
