Okay, I'm part of the Black Tigers and it seems extremely inactive. Their inactivity makes me not want to play for their team, but I can't switch teams, now could I? At the same time, I worked hard for the cards I got and I don't want to give those up either... but at the same time; I am looking at quitting.

What do you suggest I do here?

Try to find a different party, for that determines which 30 people you are fighting with in the raid boss battle. (well it reassembles the teams each week based on parties) You can look at the party information of people in the ranking, I would suggest maybe try finding people around your rank and seeing if their party has any room in it. if not you might just have to use the standard party search feature thing.
