I have something that's been bothering me for quite some time and need someone to answer it.

 

I know this so far:

 

Birth By Sleep takes place ten years before Kingdom Hearts 1

Kingdom Hearts Chain Of Memories takes place right after Kingdom Hearts 1

Kingdom Hearts 2 takes place a year after Kingdom Hearts 1

During that year was Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days

 

My question:

Does Kingdom Hearts coded or Dream Drop Distance take place a year after Kingdom Hearts 2 or sometime after it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So, the KH wiki says that coded (I suppose re:coded is the same then, but I'm not sure cause I didn't finish it yet) takes place between the finale of Kingdom Hearts II and it's epiloque. That means between the end when Riku und Sora come back to Destiny Islands and reunite with Kairi, Donald, Goofy and Mickey and the scene when they get the bottle with the letter in it.

Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, I think, happens right after the scene with the letter. But there could likely be some days between.

All up including KH3 the time would have taken 13 years yes we all know what you are getting at.

Thanks, cause in the KH DDD journal, when I read the characters about Aqua, Terra and Ventus, it says that their story took place a dozen years before KH DDD, which got me confused.

All up including KH3 the time would have taken 13 years yes we all know what you are getting at.

I guess that makes sense.

Actually I looked that up just now . It says so in Aqua's and Ventus' character files yeah. In Terra's though, it says: "One of the Keyblade welders who played a pivotal role in a historic clash more than a decade ago." That would be the more exact statement, as it is indeed more than a decade between BBS and Dream Drop Distance.

Birth by Sleep happens. In the following year, Radiant Garden falls, nine years after that KH1 happens. There is a year exactly between Sora's sacrifice and KH2.

(Roxas was inducted into the Organization on that day, was in the Organization for 357 days following that, and then seven days in Twilight Town, bringing it to 365 days, a full year.) And here is where things get foggy. The events between the start of KH2 and DDD must take at least a year, we know this because the Journal entries for Aqua, Terra and Ventus all say that the events of Birth by Sleep happened over a dozen years prior. (Aqua's character profile confirms this, stating "...played a pivotal role in a historic clash more than a dozen years ago.") Assuming the events of DDD take up a few months, then a handful of  months inbetween, this leads us to assume that KH3 is going to take place in the 13th year of the chronology.

Fool. I don't know. The events of Chain of Memories took a few weeks. So I'm guessing Kingdom Hearts took place within a few months. And then a year till Kingdom Hearts 2. Kingdom Hearts 2 must have taken a few months as well at least. And then KH 3D's must have taken a while. I think we've already hit 3 years.

Sorry, wasn't paying attention to the posts above. Thought you had only mentioned Terra's.

I dunno guys, it took me about 40 hours to beat KH so I think that's how long it is.loljk, but OMG ANOTHER 13 why am I not surprised.
