WARNING: Spoilers for "The Last of Us" are below. This RP requires for you to have played the game/watched the game in order to successfully do this.
Those who have played the video game "The Last of Us" know that it is a fantastic experience. It isn't an absolute masterpiece, but it is definitely high up on the list in my opinion. I have recently been replaying it, and made me want to do a RP continuing where the game left off.
The story will open up two months after Joel and Ellie have just begun to get use to the life style at Tommy's settlement (where they were last scene at the end of the game). The Fireflies storm in one day once tracking the whereabouts of Ellie and tries to find her. Joel is able to escape with Ellie and Tommy's wife, Maria, but Tommy is nowhere to be found. The story will then begin with the small group trying to find him. Any story elements after this point can be discussed through PMs.
Since this game is swears heavily, and the rules say not too curse like a madman, words like "damn" and "hell" is alright, but the other heavier words should be kept to a minimum unless appropriate. I also ask for this to be with only one other person because it get VERY confusing for me to respond and focus on what everyone else is saying, so whoever is willing to RP with me should be able to handle multiple characters at once.
It doesn't matter to me if you want to be either Joel or Ellie even though I really like Ellie, but all I ask is you are able to play them as accurately as you can. I'm not asking for novelist-skill writing, but at least put some effort into it.
So, if I forgot anything, I will mention it later, but, uh...yeah. Hope someone wants to do this with me. It really is a great game.
