I'm replaying KHDDD and I'm wondering now why does Axel wake up with the Organization cloak on when no one else does? I mean don't they wake up with the original clothes they were wearing? What do you guys think?

I think he went and got another one from some secret stash.

If I was planning on traveling around in the darkness, I'd go get one too.

Don't they have the same darkness-protection features as keyblade armor?

Plus he knows how snazzy he looks in leather coats.

You mean like before he lost his heart, right? and Yeah I believe they do.

Hmmmm...  Maybe he was wearing one before he became a nobody, like you suggested.

Or maybe there wasn't enough memory space for everyone to have multiple outfits?

I really don't know.  

I think he mightve worn it when he lost his heart. But I imagine the reason is Lea knew he would go helping the others so he kinda just borrowed one to set out and protect himself from the darkness.

What I think is that they were testing whether or not the robe would effect the process of manipulating the darkness in his heart, so they made him wear it, and so he turned into a Heartless while wearing the robe.

Another thing-I honestly cannot imagine Lea with clothing that does not include his robe.
