Vanitas: Really great. The end of his video was a little awkward, but he sounds enough like

Sora

to make me happy.

 

Ventus: Lacking in emotion in my opinion. Sounds like Ven, but needs more work on trying to get out a message.

 

Aqua: I really like the voice. She sounds like I want the English to sound like. But it's a little too quiet.

 

Mickey: Hmm...he sounds like he's Mickey, but I think that he's even a little too excited. I like him in general.

well what are you gonna do, its a litteral transartion of what they are saying in the game. except, for the Mickey spot,thats entirly improved.

and Vantias lines were written by me. By hey, saying that my writing sucks,and that they are basicly saying the liens of the litture english version, (which I agree, Most of the lines are weird,and mickey doesn't say that much,which I think is really good for anyone starting as Mickey It eases you in. So, Blame the japanese writers,for the horrid lines. and I guess myself for writing to spots.

It's not even everyline. Things like 'I am Vanitas, and the end is nigh' and 'You must destroy Aqua' are just very cliche. I think the msot realistic ones are Aqua and Ventus, those actualy sound like things they would say. And Aqua has the best voice

well off course theyr'e kinda clich'e I mean have tyou ever made tv spots from scratch before? I actully am More concern witht he editing,and what not. Fitting the line s is also a concern. the have to be soem what coherent and also fit the charater to a degree, you know?

There's a difference between, "My name is ____." than "How are you doing? My name's not something that I like to wear out, but you can call me ____." I'm not saying that I agree with hatok, but it isn't necessarily correct to say that it's all the original writers' faults.

You didn't see the new ones did you coded?

Actully thats what I wanted to hear about the editing. Well fixing them is easy,but no, useally if a game or movie is bad, if its written awfully, same with acting,directing,etc. It's about the inside Biz. of course what the japnaesse transtion is gonna be different. still its fun, doing it word by word, with a few changes, you can always expect them to change some of the lines around, mostly for transtion reasons. I'm not the producer,writer,etc. I'm just the vocie Actor,and editior to some extent. I don't agree with jatok that much but with soem of the things, same with you!
