"Legends. Stories scattered through time. Mankind has grown quite fond of recounting the exploits of heroes and villains; but have so easily forgotten their own story. Man, born of dust was strong, wise and resourceful. But he was born into an unforgiving world. Creatures of darkness, Grimm, were bent on returning man's brief existence to the void. But even the smallest shred of hope was enough to unlock the key to winning this war, appropriately named Dust. With nature's wrath in hand humankind fought back the darkness; and in its absence came peace, prosperity and most importantly: life. Though Grimm tidings are among us. So gather your soldiers, build your monuments to a so called "free world", but remember, there will be no victory in strength alone."

 

The Grimm are slowly returning stronger than ever, it is up to us huntsman, us huntresses, to combat the darkness. This story will follow the lives of four of such peoples, and perhaps a fifth.

 

 

Sikota's character:

 

 

Name: Aria Asyr

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Appearance: Not the tallest of girls, but probably a little above average in terms of height. She's rather frail, almost to the point of being able to be called skinny, but not that thin. She has neck length, kinda messy, light auburn hair, and hazel colored eyes. She wears dark violet clothes under her rather form fitting, lavender, almost white armor. It's in your best interest not to mention her bust (or lack thereof)

Weapon: Angel's Ascent. It's a ring on her left hand that expands into a clawed glove. The tips of the claws function as a machine gun and there's different types of dust stored along each finger, which combinations can flow into the glove and shoot out the palm.

Bio: Having been training to fight ever since she could remember, Aria eventually set off on her own, believing herself ready to protect the world. She's a huntress, just not officially.

 

 

If Ferro was at all surprised, he didn't give any sign of it. "Soft? Ha! I was waiting for a good shot." Before the Sutherrus could burrow back into the earth, Ferro had loaded his bow. With five arrows. He fired them all at the same time. They flew straight and true, enterg the beast between two of its bony plates. They dug deep, to the point that they could not be seen. And a massive explosion rocked the Grimm's body. Mike and Dane were not far behind: Dane crouched and blasted himself high into the air, and at the apex of his jump, Mike administered a sonic pulse to Dane's head. The force sent the Boulder rocketing downward, slamming him into the Sutherrus. It crumpled under the power of Dane's attack. It was already dissolving as the twins came back to the group. Dane walked over to Aaron and gave him a bear hug. "We missed you." he said as Aaron's feet dangled in the air.

As the Grimm creature dissolved in death, and Aaron had past him, Joshua fell back down, blacked-out. His fall was fairly soft, in the least. He never did respond to Aaron either— Joshua didn't know him and he could hardly talk with the little energy he had after being slammed by a giant tentacle.

Between Joshua's unconsciousness, and Aaron's appearance the first Aria recognized was the latter. "Aaron!"

 

The dashing huntsman was able to wiggle out of his former teammates grasp only to be caught in a much lighter embrace.

 

"Aaron! It's you!" His sister cried. "I-I can't believe it. You're here." She really was crying.

 

"Haven't you grown into a gorgeous young woman." Aaron said, stroking the top of her head. "Oh?" The two siblings had become aware of Joshua's condition. He let go of her sister and went over to his side. "You okay, kid?" He asked, placing a hand atop his forehead.

The two twins stood there, utterly confused of what was going on.

"Aria....has a brother?" Akai asked.

Kiiro nodded, "Seems so".

Akai then noticed Joshua had passed out.

"Poor little boy..." She sighed.

"He isn't that little..." Kiiro stated.

"He's cute and short meaning he's little!" Akai snapped.

Ferro put his bow away, and the twins' armor retracted back into their bracers and greaves. "A Sutherrus, in this forest." Ferro remarked. "So close to a populated area. Sutherri generally stay away from areas with high populations, primarily because of the high concentration of Dust in those places. But to have one so close. . . Something big must be going down." Mike shuddered at that, and Dane gave a mighty frown.

(Psssttt...Joshua's unconscious. He won't respond when you talk to him )

Sikota and I have had the idea of moving this RP to Google Drive so we can keep doing it. Sikota has big plans, apparently.

Aaron pulled out a vial full of pink sand. “Rare variety of Dust.” He told Aria. “Thought you’d like it, give a try on Joshua.” Aria nodded. She and Aaron were on the same wavelength, literally. There minds communicated indirectly, Aria more than her brother, as the link was unintentionally instigated by her. She accepted the vial, pouring the Dust into Angel’s Ascent. It blended with the weapon. Aria channelled the Dust to her palm and brought it to Joshua’s forehead. Pink Dust had healing properties, assumably.

Aaron stood and approached Ferro. “And I think I may have a lead.” He said.

“What’s this about a castle?” Aria asked, excitedly.“Focus on your patient.” Her brother snapped, he looked back to his old leader who was ironically younger than him.
