Here's what I think will happen before we wake Ven up: Right as we get to the Chamber of Waking, I have a feeling we will be trolled; HARD. Someone on Xehanort's side (if not Xehanort himself) will successfully steal Ven's body, surprising unsuspecting Sora and Aqua, creating the mystery 13th vessel. The whole series has basically been foreshadowing this all along from them looking for his body for this long.

I have a feeling Xehanort knows that Aqua was the one who put Ven in there, so once he sees her again in the RoL, he could easily secretly follow her or get someone else to do it.

Aqua would need to gain access to Ventus' body first in order for Xehanort's plan to work.

No it doesn't...Just because she WANTS to wake him up, doesn't mean it'll actually happen the way that is planned...Just like you WANT free money, but is it going to happen just because you wanted it to? How the hell does that even make any SENSE of what you just said? Xehanort could EASILY foil their plans by stealing his body once they get to it. But according to you, just because Aqua wants to wake him up, he'll let her. Yeah, that makes a ton of sense. It doesn't fukcing matter that she said she's going to wake him up. Bad things can happen when they try. That is literally common sense that a two year old could put together.

I don't know if that is likely to happen, considering Castle Oblivion - the Chamber of Waking was made to protect Ventus.

 

I also think only Aqua can get into that room.

dude, if your refering to me as a kid that dosent get anything from the whole kingdom hearts series , then i guess your wronge man, i played birth by sleep twice so that i can gain as much info as possible to solve lots of question that where bugging me. besides, why would Xehanort wants to interfere while aqua wants to wake ven, Xehanort has much more important plans in mind, why waste his time on some one that he called a "broken boy" in KH DDD.

OH and when ever there is a promis in this game, it must happen. thats when aqua promised ven that she will wake him after finding terra, that must happen same as all promises in all of the kingdom hearts games
