Interesting Idea for Keyblades in Kingdom Hearts 3

Posted

So i was just minding my own business playing Kingdom Hearts Final Mix when I got an idea. What if in Kingdom Hearts 3 you could mix and match keychains so you get all new keyblades! Like for example if one of the worlds is Toy Story and you get a keychain after beating it, what if you could combine that keychain with say the kingdom key keychaine and possibly make a badass hybrid keyblade. Just a thought that popped into my head. Feel free to comment.

I think an easier thing for them to do is to modify the keyblade system to be like Diablo crafting, having "slots" which you can put other items in to boost the power/change abilities. That way the best looking keyblade can still be boss :3 Aesthetics changing/blending would also be cool... It is next gen, after all, so maybe I should start dreaming more xD

Like fusing keyblades? Oblivion and Oathkeeper would look really cool together. Also it would be a unique way to obtain Ultima weapon this time around. Probably something like forging all they keyblades into one. That would be pretty awesome actually... I'd be all up for something like this! It reminds me of how KH2's forging, they could really add onto it!

i vote that we don't try to reinvent the wheel, i like it the way it is.

also real quickly i think they have been trying to hard to make keyblades look "cool". I mean if you look at the keyblades in kingdom hearts and kingdom hearts 2 they where fairly simple designes but they looked good. then they tried to make the keyblades look even cooler and i feel like they didnt do it much justice.
