Professor's "treasure" in Couriway Town?

In Pokemon X, the Professor said he has some sort of "treasure" in Couriway Town. How do I get it? Do I need Waterfall?

    I am not entirely sure what the treasure is supposed to be, but there is an item up above the waterfall and that is all I have found.
