So I watched the cinematics of 358/2 Days from the remix and I noticed Saix's eyes became more and more orange since KHII and are now even of a deeper orange than the eyes of Xemnas (although in 3D they seem deeper as in the Remix). 

Xigbar still has those really glowing yellow eyes like Xehanort. So why are Saix's eyes orange now when he and Xigbar are both Xehanort clones?

 

Is this even relevant or is Nomura just being random about the color thing? I dunno. I just noticed it and wanted to say it.

Second option. Since Xemnas and Ansem SoD also don't have the same eye color

Xigbar is way further alone the MX clone route.  It also seems Braig willingly accepted being norted.  Considering as somebody's, Isa and Lea wanted to infiltrate the group, and planned to overthrow it while nobodies, it's likely there was some sort of struggle, Saix was probably scarred with the X, and internally struggled against the take over until he became a loyal follower, or he gave up trying when Axel starting making his cool new friends.  

 

 

 

 

 

It also might just be hardware limitations that reduce the colour output so the colours appear to change over time.  Like Ansem has got progressively whiter since his first introduction, because better hardware = whiter people (Y)

That's true. Somehow I forgot about the possibility that Saix was not willingly norted. I guess it's more likely to be second option. Saix felt abandoned, had no heart, so best option is to go along and get what he wants. 

 

I thought about that too btw Also there are more and more shades instead of plain colors with some necessary shade here and there. But somehow I think it has some meaning, I really don't know.

i think Braig just got the more pure Potency of Xehanorts true Heart more than Isa 

 

and i think because of Terra and Xehanort becoming one he had yellow eyes but after...i think it was (*Im Guessing it was either*) Terra or Xehanort  Booted out the heart

it made a back fire and slowley thru the years Xehanort made himself aware again in terra's body but i noticed that the student Xehanort had different eyes than Xemnas and Ansem,even tho whoever produce's a nobody looks exactly like there Counterpart being.

 

Isa might have gotten the heart of a Xehanort but not at its true and purest form like when Braig got it.

Sounds like a solid theory. I can totally imagine that to be true.

Yet he's much much darker in official artwork than he is in any of the games. Weird.Anyway I believe you first point is the likeliest. I think the amount of time for Full Nortification depends on how willing the victim is. In Braigs case, he completely gave himself over to Xehanort (probably because the old coot promised that he'd get a Keyblade if he did) so the transformation was almost instantaneous, however, Isa was much less willing as evidenced by the fact that he was still plotting against Xemnas even after being implanted so the transformation is more gradual. Terra was a special case because even though he resisted Xehanort used his whole heart and not just a fragment.On a side note, Saix must have been implanted with a fragment of Xehanorts' heart just after becoming a nobody before Axel even woke up because otherwise Axel would have said something when his friends eyes started turning yellow.

I partly think so too, because Axel never wondered about these changes, so I think he might have thought they were the same as his teardrop tattoos he got only after turning into a Nobody. Yet I'm not sure why he didn't notice that Xigbar also had pointed ears and yellow eyes (although as mentioned, Saix's were more orange) and got suspicious at this point. Not to mention Xemnas has these features too.

Maybe he assumed he had them as a whole, I don't think Lea ever met Braig, It was Aeleus and Dilan that caught him an Isa trying to sneak in.

True, he didn't, but wouldn't it still be weird if your friend had the same features as a guy you never ever met? And if we count Xemnas in, same features as TWO guys you never met

 

It just seems odd to me, I mean Axel's by far neither blind nor stupid. But well, we know Axel actually disliked things to be complicated and their friendship already wasn't exactly... close anymore, so maybe he unconsciously ignored it. Then again he could've noticed right after they became nobodies, where, I assume, they were still close.... gah, who knows, I have to stop or else my brain suffers a short circuit.

But all Xehanorts had yellow eyes. So if they turned into clones then yellow eyes it is.

And back then, remember, Xenmas plan was to gather people to make Xehanorts out of them. They were all weak so they created the new Organization 13.

So maybe Xigbar and Saix had to do with the plan because they were the only members of old Orgy 13 that are in the new Orgy 13.
