...is Hands Off! by Kasane Katsumoto. Seriously, it's sooo epic. 8D

It's kinda like a cross between The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni.

It's sort of an odd manga though...it starts off as a cute high school comedy about a boy who goes to live with his (psychic) cousin...and then the Higurashi-type stuff starts to come in. -w-

Yeah, it might not seem like it at first, but it's actually a lot like it~ There's a lot of similar events (Like "Omfg, so-and-so has just been murdered/kidnapped/stalked/etc. by that other guy!"). And there's YAOI. 8DDDD It's a really really really awesome manga~
