June 5, 200916 yr .. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWW!!! you're awesome! .. how do you make them? I have photoshop .. but I still don't know how to make siggy's and stuff DX
June 5, 200916 yr Author Well, I'm not good as an instructor or a teacher.. I fail on that... BUT you can go to gamexe.net There you find excellent tutorials and all.. I learned from there
June 5, 200916 yr omg those r awsome!!!!!!!!!!! ugh i dun have photoshop....i just have paint.... i want photoshop so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!
June 6, 200916 yr Your "Loco" Cloud one is my favorite But yeah, next time can you try to resize the box art lol.
June 6, 200916 yr I don't really like them. This is so basic and it is all so dark. Why don't you use some splatter brushes for clipping masks, use C4d/Wireframes and play with the color. There is so much to do with Photoshop and u use so little. But well, you can learn. Learn from tutorials; thats really handly.
June 8, 200916 yr The red streaks that go over his Org coat are really distracting and low quality. They just don't work I really don't like the background at all because it's really blurry and I can't tell what's going on. The grey and red really contrast badly Have you heard about the "Rule Of Thirds" Try placing Cloud on one of those marks since he's the focal point. This one really isn't all that bad. The ripple effect is pretty good, but some more light behind him might make it look better This is just nasty. The blue/cyan/purple blended with the gray really looks awful and it's contrasting awfully. There are some spots where there is a tiny amount of a different color surrounded by a lot of a different color and it creates unwanted tension. Generally, I don't like to have effects on top of a character/focal point, depending on what it is. This might have worked if the glowing wasn't behind his shoulder but in front of his chest. Looks like you tried to use a C4D on the right side, but blended it badly. I don't like fan-made box art because it's not real and really shouldn't exist. The only thing I will say about it is that the reflection is too long.

They just don't work I really don't like the background at all because it's really blurry and I can't tell what's going on. The grey and red really contrast badly I like the red and grey blend. It reminds me of bloody water. Though the word doesn't look in-place... then again, I, personally, don't like words in pictures. It's like...if they aren't used correctly, they'll mess up the entire image. : Still better than I can manage, though!

Thanks for the critics, I'll sure improove later on, for now I'm fine. The red streaks that go over his Org coat are really distracting and low quality. The grey and red really contrast badly The red streak goes well' date=' and again.. I was just experimenting. (Looks like I forgot to type that in the first post). I just like those colors, it might not 'look good' but it's fine for me. The only thing I would regret is the darkness and some light on. And there isn't much grey there, just red and black. Have you heard about the "Rule Of Thirds" Try placing Cloud on one of those marks since he's the focal point. This one really isn't all that bad. The ripple effect is pretty good, but some more light behind him might make it look better Lol Rule of the Thirds? Nope never heard of it. I'll look at it soon. This is just nasty. The blue/cyan/purple blended with the gray really looks awful and it's contrasting awfully. There are some spots where there is a tiny amount of a different color surrounded by a lot of a different color and it creates unwanted tension. Lol I didn't gave.. ANY effort on this. I just post it for fun. Glad you liked it rofl Generally, I don't like to have effects on top of a character/focal point, depending on what it is. This might have worked if the glowing wasn't behind his shoulder but in front of his chest. Looks like you tried to use a C4D on the right side, but blended it badly. I needed help on that glowing behind the shoulder, something happened and I don't know. I just left it like that. That was my first tiem using C4Ds, and it's normal to blend badly. I don't like fan-made box art because it's not real and really shouldn't exist. The only thing I will say about it is that the reflection is too long. Lol and they SHOULD exist LOL The red streaks that go over his Org coat are really distracting and low quality. "read streaks" it's actually an experiment. I didn't give a crap if they where 'hurting' the render/focal point. And it was my first time and my first work doing that effect. Glad you liked it lol. Don't worry, I'll improve soon.
June 9, 200916 yr Don't be so defensive. I'm assuming you posted these to share with others, and I'm just giving you the opinion of a designer
June 22, 200916 yr Author Lol it's ok kid Yeah, I just wanted to share with others. Don't take this the wrong way... I might have gone a little rough, I'm not use to critics. But I waited for those type of awnsers, as I must improove in some sort

June 23, 200916 yr I like your outcast sig best, though I agree, you should spread the llight behind cloud a little bit more so it will make him more of a feature.
July 7, 200916 yr Yes, when you work with Photoshop, you know that this is basic. http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif oh wow....now i really want photoshop instead of my paint and stuffs 8P
