Lights Out

Much of the Pokémon world runs on electricity but what if you were the reason it was to all....disappear. it was on one fateful day.....you found a switch.....and pulled it out of your own curiosity.....it was out of this act.... that in just a matter of minutes... electricity went out all around the globe. After that, after the panic people adapted and built small settlements around the country. everyone lived without power but thrived for it to return. pokeballs no longer worked so befriending pokemon was all that people could do. from that very day.... pokemon lived freely.... without trainers catching them..... they could fight back. but still bonds of friendship were formed.... but still..... evil reigned.


Your part in the game is the part of the Hero/ Heroine. You know that sense of justice is not in reach but if strived for you can reach it. but some don't see this as their part in the game..... so they Play as a bystandard, one who was just not in the right place at the right time, one who mysteriously plays the strings as the puppet master, or one who is truly behind the dark acts. either way your place in the game is all but one..... you cannot play the part of the King.... neither on the white or black side. but your mission...as all chess games end. is to kill the king. this is where your story begins..... in the Kanto reigeon, Safferon City. where a building was just toppled by 2 mysterious cloaked figures.

I feel as if they should just be generally weaker.

Be normally effective against flying and water instead of really potent.

What about electric type moves? Are they also affected? I would say they recharge, considering they don't need to plug themselves into anything after fights. I would say they also draw on ambient electricity to use powers, so they should only have a certain amount of power. If the electricity still worked, they would recharge fast enough in battle to use moves many times, but because they can't, they are limited.

Batteries!!

There would be a limited supply of them, though.

See cause if they still had alot of electricity they would be able to power cities. So they must be limited. Now not all are like this but thats for later on.

Appearance: very nondescript. Easily forgotten. Short brown hair, brown eyes, medium height and build. Wears a grey fleece jacket over a lighter grey shirt, with jeans of a dark blue wash.

Did you pull the switch?: YES. MWAHAHAHAHA!!!

Bio: Ferro was tired of everybody forgetting about him when he was little. So when he got old enough, he pulled a switch which shut off the power, then wrecked the power plants. Everybody forgot he did it, of course, so now they all live without electricity. And Ferro is still at large.
