With the rides in the KH III trailer, the Haunted Mansion appearing could happen: Constance would be a good boss, and Madame Leota could be your friend for that world.

Make the dancers Heartless, the ghosts in the graveyard Nobodies, and boom; a great eviroment.

This is just my humble opinion: I'm not starting a fight, and I'm also not going to respond to posts here.

I'm not arguing other concepts for KH III are valid: this is just mine.

I think they changed it to him, yeah: the only video on youtube's from 1989. In that one, the Phantom hung her, but I think they changed the story to him dying instead.
