last cut scene of dream drop distance where they show Ven, he hasn't aged at all? 9-10 years have past and hes still a kid? 

 

An inbetween world ? Yes it is . But that wouldn't stop someone from growing/aging. Look at Namine and Roxas for example . They both grew and they spent their existence in inbetween worlds . However, it's now proven they grew hearts of their own so now it makes sense  ( ven's heart being asleep and inactive aside). I can see why you would think that though since nobodies are associated with the inbetween and they aren't suppose to grow without hearts

Namine did age,but not so much Roxas himself,he look the same to me ever since he joined the organization until he met Sora again in The World that Never Was.

 

As for not aging.Aqua was stuck in the Realm of Darkness for 10 years and she didn't age

 

Do you think that once she leaves the realm of Darkness she would continue on aging or she might become ageless.....it's possible for something like this to happen

Roxas did age . When Sora reunited with him and awoke notice his clothes were way too small for him ? Obviously Roxas grew

 

As for the RoD that is different . It's not the same but it does have different time rules- A year in the RoL could only be like a week in the RoD bc time runs differently as confirmed by Nomura so yes Aqua hasn't aged much . As for becoming ageless, I doubt it . I'm sure she would start to age again normally once in the RoL since the time runs differently there and a person's body seems to follow the rules of the current place they are at .

Not really,Sora did age before Roxas reunited with him(if you remember that flashback with DiZ in BBSFM secret episode ending where DiZ was hiding the data inside Sora's memories).

 

Namine on the other hand got a bit taller

Sora was a walking heart in human form before he was reunited with Roxas .He didn't have his real physical body back until he was reunited with Roxas- who had his physical body and soul. Roxas growing = sora's physical body growing

Yeah it could be they both grew so i can see your point as well . My point was just basically we saw characters still growing in those worlds in general .

The "nurturing a new heart under certain conditions" isn't even super specific; it's simply forming a positive bond with someone (friendship, love, etc. -  you know, themes the series had had since day one). That's why Xemnas built the Organization the way he did (dull, monochrome, constantly at each other's throats, etc.); to prevent such an opportunity from forming.
