Ouya and Steam Machine questions

Hi there

 

Some questions concerning those two consoles:

 

For Ouya, so you can play ur android/ios games(i believe that they are the same) on a console to play on Tv?

 

For Steam Machine, you can play ur Windows PC games on there too? Like these games:
