This pisses me off so much. The entire Apple industry is really good at marketing so people are amazed at its simply stupid tasks this can do.

I can rant forever as to why there are so many flaws with the iPhone but I have some specific things.

The video call. (Facetime)

What? Are you joking. Video calling has been out in Europe more so in Asian Markets.

 

Apple makes these biggest things on the iPod touch and iPhone and say there the worlds greatest things. The past iPhone didn't have a Camera and when they finally added one to the iPhone 3G. They said "Look everybody we have added a camera to a dare I say it PHONE!"

Even better " Everybody we have done it again. We have added VIDEO CAMERA!"

 

All of this marketing ploy just gets on my nerves.

The newest thing that happened when it came out was originally the iPod Touch and iPhone. But now its just like there adding things one by one and making it seem like there brand new.

 

The one thing I do enjoy is the Video Call. The one thing is that I like to do that with my Family on Webcam and Skype but I like that you could do it on a Phone. But I assume it'll come to other phones in a few years.

 

Just overall i'm depressed that everybody buys into the Apple Market.

What's the point of making a new one? Aren't the iPhones good as they are now? What a waste of resources Apple :T

yeah, i hate it how whenever you get something, they always make something better.

 

sort of similar with my friend, he bought the orginial DS, then literally the next day, the DS lite came out and the original dropped in price. yeah, my friend was kinda annoyed....

Screw the iPhone 4, I want a camera attachment for the iPod Touch

The thing is, I have a 2G iPhone that is basically screwed. none of the side buttons work, if I want to talk to people I have to do it on loudspeaker and it has dead pixels. But I love my phone so much that I wont go to any other company, why? It's because although Apple pass off old tech as new, this technology is redefined.

 

My 2MP camera far outclasses many of the 5MP cameras on the market for quality, although I cant record video, there are apps I can download to do that and although we've had touch screen for a bit now, there isn't a touch screen nearly as responsive as the iPhone's. It's my 16th in 2 months and I really want to buy the new iPhone 4. Yes it will cost me my house but the new-old tech and the durability improvements make it sound amazing. I will be having a look in my local O2 store before I look to buy.

 

So yes, Apple are cheating people out of money for already-out-there technology, but it's technology and architecture at it's best that far outclasses any other phone on the market. I do however find that Apple will be putting a 500/600 pounds (725/870 dollars) price tag on it, further emphasising "my house" to buy it...

Apple comes out with pointless products. Like the iPhone and the iPad, are you serious? The iPad is basicly the same thing as the iPhone without a phone app. So, to me Apple is pointless. I do not own any Apple products

I only like the iPod and the iPhone. The iPad sickens me... the iPhone is hardly pointless when 2009 figures reported 57 million of them have been sold, explain.

This looks pretty awesome. Of course this could be apple mind control working on me again. I'll do my best to fight it. But right now I want one.

They probably will, eventually. They don't want to make the iPod too much like the iPhone otherwise people wont buy the phone...

...personally, I'm happy with my Blackberry Storm. =w= It's almost exactly like the iPhone. (Except no video chat DX)

And I <3 my old iPod nano as well. (I don't like the new, slim ones...they're ugly, and the camera is useless. :| )

iPod Nanos are actually not that bad. the recent addition of a camera furthers Apple's monopoly on all other companies in that market. Even Microsoft can't compare to Apple now. It's true that the camera is crappy but it's just there to show what Apple can do.

 

Blackberry's are awesome. I prefer my 2G iPhone though

I own two Ipod products.

One was one that i found on the ground it was one of those big 40gig ones from a few years ago. The other was an ipod touch that i paid $20 for, and thats like $15 americian btw

The thing that PISSES me off about Apple is that they are too into "change". By the time I got to enjoy my 4th generation Nano they come out with a 5th one with a Camera and extra stuff. Instead of adding on and on to their products they should just make one thing with ALL stuff they want to have (camera and stuff like that) and then let people download the software to keep their stuff up to date. But they just want to make money, they don't care about us.
