Backstory: When the circus was performing near the coast one John found a baby mermaid crying on the shore. Getting approval by the ringmaster she live in the circus for years. She is raise by John that found, and raise her as a sister. She could grow legs on land, and grow a tail when she is in the water. She likes to also swim in big waters, and collect things in the water.

Name: John Sunderland

Job: assistant/circus hand

Backstory: Was orphaned at young age, and was taken in by the headmaster. He also gathers people to watch the show, and enjoyed every minute of it. One day, whilst on a stroll, he, as a young boy fond a mysterious child by the beach. She was alone, just like when he was a child. Suffice it to say, that when he brought her to his boss, he was reluctant at first, but agreed to when John promised he would take responibility for her. He was her acting assistant. Years passed, and she became a main attraction, whilst he cheered her on every time she took stage.

Appearance: medium height, moderate weight, white, with unkempt black hair.

Do you have anyone for the Ringleader? I'm interested, but I wouldn't be able to get a detailed character sheet until tomorrow.  Also, how many characters can each person have?

Backstory: Lhuna was brown with wolf ears and a tail. That's why her parents left her behind. A group of wolfs found her and raised her until Lhuna found the circus. She joined the circus to find a goal in her life.

Creature: Humanoid Rhino

Backstory: He has no idea how he got into the situation that he has. All he remembers is that he was running from a crowd, and then he saw it. The circus. For all he cared about, he was welcome there. It was his sanctuary.

Appearance: 5', rather fat, and two horns sticking out from his nose. Other than that, the typical rhino on two legs.

Name: Ralph (The Ringmaster)

Job: Organizes the circus and keeps track of it's members, decides who is accepted/kicked out of the circus.
Backstory: Ralph had a very strange, and dark childhood.  He has suffered from Dissociative identity disorder (multiple personalities) ever since he was six. However, it is not exactly clear as to how his disorder initiated.  He switches between three different personalities: a constructive personality, a destructive personality, a neutral personality.  All personalities go by "Ralph".  He has lived alone since he was fifteen, and has dreamed of finding others that would understand him.  This led him into creating The Circus of Light and Darkness.
Appearance: About 6'3", skinny, tan skin, black and white striped top hat, ringmaster jacket (red, black, and gold themed), white gloves, dark blue pants, black shoes that are pointed up at the toes.

accepted, and sure plus one of the important characters needed is the staff member that raises Sirena like a daughter with love ever since that member found her when Sirena is a newborn baby.

Why don't you do that?

I don't like playing multiple people.

I could change my characters age to suit that role, if you wish

if you want to then you would have to include how he found her, and raise her like his daughter.

Character Sheet: Performer 

 

Name: Rizioso (Often simply called "Oso") and Elise the Elephant 
Talent: Rizioso performs alongside Elise as her tamer, the two work as a team to juggle, and perform other forms of entertainment for the audience.  
Backstory: Rizioso first met Elise when she was born.  He raised her, and in return she protects him.  Wanting to display how human-kind can be spiritually connected with other living creatures (animals and creatures both), Rizioso sought a way to showcase their connection.  He met Ralph, and they have toured with the circus ever since.
Appearance: Rizioso is in his early 20's and wears basically Aladdin's clothes. Elise has a saddle which is just a red carpet with gold lace.

Named Twitch for his apparent lack of ability to stay still, Twitch is usually kept under lock and key when not performing. Though usually gibbering and referring to himself in the 3rd person, there is more to Twitch then he lets on...
