Just a small question(s) about KHX...

Posted

So...I don't understand a lick of Japanese, but I really want to try and play it. It seems fun enough. Is it possible for me to enjoy it by simply using trial-and-error when selecting options and whatnot? Is there a story I must understand, or if I need to know what NPCs are saying to know where I need to go Is there any kind of translation guide I could go off of? Anything like that?

I've gotten to level 70 something without knowing a word of Japanese.  So it is playable, but it's probably more enjoyable if you can follow the story.  But the gameplay is pretty much a bunch of kill x many x enemies and collect x amount of items so it's doable.

This was the guide I used when it first came out: http://forums.khinsider.com/kingdom-hearts-chi/177668-basic-guide-kingdom-hearts-chi.html

You pick up quickly what does what and don't need to refer to it after a while since you know what the buttons do without being able to read them.

We also have a guide here that has tons of information and if you have any specific questions you can always ask in the Chi forum.

sooner or later will be translated to english though.
