I bidded on items on eBay, then my computer had a spaz and my friend borrowed my iPad and I couldn't contact the sellers, now I'm being given strikes and I'm completely willing to pay, ebays help center isn't being helpful, so is there anything I can do to fix this? I've contacted them now about it but haven't heard back.

If the sellers do not respond then you take it up with Ebay, but try to find someway to contact the seller's first, it may take about 48 hours or so for the average response.
