According to SegmentNext, FINAL FANTASY XI: Seekers of Adoulin was the final release on the PlayStation 2 in Japan. For the rest of the world, it was FIFA 14. 

 

So it seems congratulations are in order for Square Enix, the final release on the greatest video game console of all time is yours.
