Back in 2009, I was fortunate enough to encounter a wild Camerupt on Mt. Stark that, once caught, was revealed to have Pokerus. I recently went back to that same Pokemon Platinum game in preparation of Pokemon Bank's launch and spread the virus to a great deal of Bidoofs. Now that Bank has finally been released here in the states, and I have the virus on my copy of Pokemon Y, I'm willing to help people obtain it for themselves.

You don't need to offer anything special in return, either. All I want is to spread the gift of disease throughout the world. It is my destiny.

Pokerus is the key to methods that make the process significantly more efficient. What would usually take about 30-40 minutes in super training could easily be achieved in 5 through other means.
