As you just read... Careful out ther...But the worst thing is that it already happened to many people... incluiding me... Be careful with the Celebi event... that's how my game data got corrupted...

It didn't happen to me....I got the Celebi and my game is fine

Because Pokebank has been out in Japan before us and they didn't report anything when they got it.....even during the Pokebank outage in December no one has reported such thing even for those who got the bank before it got pulled out the japanese e-shop back in December

 

maybe this only happens to those with hacked Pokemon or those who turned either the bank or the game off while saving

Yeah, this sounds more like an issue with digital copies. It doesn't even look like it's that common. I mean, it really sucks for the people who had this happen to them, I feel really sorry for them. It seems like a rare occurrence, even more so that the old Lumiose save glitch.

The Lumiose City glitch was reported immediately after it happened.

 

So it has to be something wrong happening regarding how those people used the bank or with the digital version

 

Neither Serebii nor Pokejungle has reported anything yet so I guess I'm gonna wait and see how things turn out

None of that happened... I've never used wonder trade... Neither had hacked pokemon....

All GTS was on SoulSilver, but I didnt transfered GTS Pokemon to Black 2 only legendaries that I catched, on Black 2 I had a box named "GTS" where I put all GTS pokemon there... I only transfered the boxes with legendary Pokemon and pokemon that I catched to PokeBank...

Anyway,my point is....it didn't happened to me....it did happened to specific group of people but not everyone because if this happened a lot it would've gone viral quickly just like the Lumiose City glitch

Neither serebii nor Pokejungle or any popular Poketubers has reported the corrupted data incident

 

If it was as big as the Lumiose City glitch it would've gone viral in a very short time

So great that the amount of firetrucks I give about Celebi paid off. The only issue is I can't reclaim my BPs unless I get it with Celebi... Nope not bring that potential save killer on my Y version.

So by your logic, if the news didn't say anything, it didn't happen. Much disappointment. Wow.

 

Thread maker is enough for me to stay away from possible save deletions. I don't want to lose my Ability Capsules and other BP related stuff.
