Square Enix's response for FFXIII's English Easy Mode

I contacted Square Enix and asked them why the Easy Mode update wasn't released in North America, Australia and Europe.

 

They provided me the following message:

 

 

Unfortunately we do not have any information as to why the additional difficulty mode was not released in all regions. All you can do is check our official forums for more details as there may be more information posted there.

 

Such a shame.
