This is from the Utakata filler in Shippuden, right before the big Naruto vs Pain fight, and after Sasuke vs Bee.

That's Haku from Part 1. They pretty much just used him in Shippuden filler because they were too lazy to design a new character. Naruto even looked at that specific ANBU member when he remembered that Haku had the same mask. xD

    The fillers are one thing but the Pain arc animation was TERRY-BULL!

    That was just for one episode, right? xD I'm only at the Utakata filler arc in the anime, but I've seen bits and pieces of the Pain fight, including when the animation becomes... Well... That. xD

    I can understand the pain he feels, it must hurt having his face contort like that. :/

    Sadly not. I mean it's only THAT horrific for one episode but during the entire fight the animation just stinks.

    They can be good, just rarely. The Utakata filler's honestly not bad so far. :/
