Keyblade Academy

 

Indy made his way through the academy halls, glancing around at the rooms he passed by. I was told to meet with a teacher in the Gummi hangar... They said that there would be other students, too. What's so urgent that they'd call a few of us there? Is there something going on in other worlds...? Maybe they even have a mission for us... I've always wanted the opportunity to leave Radiant Garden, anyway... He thought to himself as he moved along, pondering what it is that he was ordered to meet there for.

 

He eventually reached the room, noticing that it was empty. "Hm... Well, I did try to get here early, anyway." He muttered, leaning against a wall. He appeared calm, but his mind was racing. Will I get to visit other worlds? Who else will I be with? Will I have a chance to see Allitt again...? He drifted into deep thought, not taking notice of his surroundings...

 

(And yes, the other students all received the orders, too.)

Raidyn

 

Raidyn was thrown off by Rei's enthusiasm, given the situation. Also because even a speedster like him couldn't really figure out where Rei gets all her energy from. Nor how she can stay so happy all the time. Then again, she didn't know Allit like he knew her, so maybe that was it.

 

"Uh, Rei, I don't think Allit is really in the mood to talk anymore," Raidyn said. "We should leave." For once in his life, Raidyn was feeling a bit of disdain for somebody, and of course that person was Allit. It seemed like the combination of her sudden change in personality and her seemingly forgotten interest in anything that had to do with him in the past was getting to him. "You too, Brooklyn. Things are getting really tense," he told his other classmate who had just come in, not really in the mood to eat anymore either.

 

 

 

(Dude, y u so serious about Gummi Ships? Its a vessel used to travel the worlds, its nowhere near an orphanage or anything like that. )

The cloaked girl seemed interested by Brooklyn's offer, but quickly changed back to her solemn look from earlier. I can't believe I almost felt happy because of one of these idiots... "In case you haven't noticed, idiot, I'm not in a position to eat." She attempted to raise her arms, showing she was cuffed. "And Raidyn's right. I don't want to talk right now."

Brooklyn simply laughed. "Well, I've never needed my own hands to eat." Brooklyn let a little of his Void power demonstrate itself. creating a set of grey hands, which began to carry the slices for him. "I suppose one of us could feed it to you, not trying to be demeaning or something like that, but no one deserves to go hungry, right?"

"Brooklyn, stop. She's not going to go along with this. Let's just leave her alone for now," Raidyn said.

"B-but she can't hate you, right? You're her brother," Toshi said, trying to instill some hope into her classmate.

Joel was waken from slumber by the smell of food. He stumbled out of his chair and followed the aroma to the kitchen, where most of the others were eating some pizza.

"Morning everyone," he said aloud while rubbing his eyes and graciously accepting a slice of pizza from Brooklyn's Void hands. "Nothing better than freshly baked pizza. Thanks Brooklyn." He quickly finished the slice.

Looking around, he noticed the lack of a few heads and the addition of a new one. Unfortunately, Joel was unable to recognize that that person was Allitt.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" he asked. "Have you finally decided to see the error of your ways and join our side? If so, welcome." He flashed a quick smile.

(Raidyn: You're too slow, Joel! )

Raidyn ignored the others trying to goad Allit into eating pizza as he looked at her one time. It was at that moment where he felt the class clown of the Academy and the rival he had grown to love fighting, and even admired a little, was truly dead, as she stood there silent, with a menacing look on her face.

 

Raidyn sighed. He went out of the room and stood outside the door for a little, taking one last look at Allit before finally leaving and making his way towards Indy and Toshi. 

 

Just a little longer... just a little longer will I hold on for you, Allit... after all, you may love the Light, but within Light there is always Darkness... so I'm afraid that what you're looking for is pretty pointless... maybe you'll realize that... in time...

 

As he finished his thoughts, he noticed that he had reached the front of Indy's Highwind. Raidyn immedialty expelled all bad thoughts from his head and went inside the ship. "Hey guys! How's it hanging?" He asked, smile cleary woven on his face.

Rei bent over to look Allit in the face with wide, pink eyes.

"I can feed you. You need your strength if you're gonna be strong again!" She said way to brightly.

 

Some people theorized that the collection of energy used to cause Zion's impregnation was on the scale of gigatons. Physicists believe it was this amount of energy that causes her insane hyperactive episodes, especially when she eats carrots.

Nothing has been proven, except once she's had some of Pancake's Amazing Pancakes, she is connected to ten fusion reactors and a 9 Volt battery.

 

Her bunny ears playfully poked Allit's head. "If you don't eat, I'll have to eat in front of you, and that would be mean." She pouted adorably. "Please let me feed you? Brookie the Pookie made pizza - he should have some left!"

"Get everyone back to their ships, we're moving out now. We can't waste any more time. I'm not sure what you're doing with... the prisoner." He cringed a bit. "It's probably best to take her back to the Academy, though. Once we get everyone in the proper ships, we'll set off for Land of Dragons." He turned to Raidyn and Toshi. "Get ready for take off, you two."

He left the room and placed the slice on the counter, as well as a sticky note next to it saying not to eat it, he took the last slice, and he left to his ship.

Rei did not falter. At all.

"You need music! PANCAKES, MY GUITAR!"

As he walked with Brooklyn, Joel tried to strike up a conversation. "I didn't know you could make such a delicious pizza. You've gotta teach me sometime," he said as they boarded.

A huge grin formed on Instructor Striker as he watched Brooklyn offer a slice of pizza to their captive former student and Rei being... well... Rei. This isn't how you treat prisoners for crying out loud, students. Oh well. As the hotshot offered him a slice of the pizza, he nodded in appreciation, and quickly locked it in a special glass container that was bolted near the pilot seat. Ghost noticed the instructor's amusement and tried his best not to giggle. Joel, having finally awoken from his slumber, decided to enter the cockpit as well. Apparently, Striker had enough as he announced, "Students, please leave this ship immediately. Everyone get back to the Highwind and move on to the next world. I gotta take her back to the Academy so the Masters can secure her." Unfortunately for him, Rei was threatening to use hard rock on the prisoner. Ghost, being the adorable slave to his girlfriend that he already was, quickly pulled out the electric guitar that she requested and handed it to her. Striker sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose as he looked down in both frustration and bewilderment. This is gonna take a while....

 

At that moment, the gummi radio cackled into life.  "Get everyone back to their ships, we're moving out now." Indy's static voice said, "We can't waste any more time. I'm not sure what you're doing with... the prisoner. Probably best to take her back to the Academy, though. Once we get everyone in the proper ships, we'll set off for Land of Dragons."

Protocols kicked in as the instructor reached for the mic. "Zero-Four Striker to Highwind, Ten-four. Standby for take-off, there's still some straggling students on my ship. Wait for them to board your ship, then go ahead and take off to your destination. How copy, over?"

 

After radioing the Highwind, Striker quickly addressed his student. "Ghost, best get moving to the Highwind. You too, Rei. Brooklyn and Joel are off the ship, and so is everyone else I think. I haven't noticed Nexus, Somrene, or Ember here, so I'm guessing they're on the Highwind too. Move out!" Ghost nodded, then waited for his girlfriend to finish her song before moving out of the ship.

"Oh, sorry. I didn't notice that I missed my stop," Joel said with a sheepish grin. "Well, this is a nice ship you've got here. Anyway, later!"

Joel left Brooklyn's ship and boarded the Highwind, where Indy and some of the others were already located.

As everyone except for Ghost and Rei entered the ship, Indy was greeted by a transmission from Striker again. "Um... Right." Despite being a bit of a nerd at the academy, he was practically clueless when it came to Gummi Ship protocol. "We've got everyone except for Ghost and Rei over here. I'd assume you sent them off here, too." He responded to Striker's question. "Once we get them over here, we're moving on." He paused for a moment, trying to think of another thing to say. "Um... Good luck with the prisoner. Over." He scratched his head, feeling bad for leaving his sister to Striker. He went back into the ship's hold, trying to find the other passengers. "Alright everyone. Get in your seats or whatever, and prepare to move on. I don't know if anyone else is coming up here in the cockpit, but if they plan to... Well, you'd better hurry." He made his way back to his seat.
