Technically he would be his Nobody, no one is anyone else's Nobody. His body and soul will become a Nobody.

 

But now that his heart has no darkness, it will take a special condition for him to get a Nobody.

Vanitas is a separate entity. Besides, if Ventus lost his heart while Vanitas was still a part of him, it would be his Heartless. Ventus' nobody would look like him, just like how all the nobodies in Organization 13 look the same as their somebodies.
