Namine is the one who has the power to Manipulate Sora's Memories, but according to Eraqus, any person who goes to Castle Oblivion will be in Oblivion so, who exactly erased Sora's Memories and Co. ?

 

and.... wait.... Why Riku wasn't affected by Castle Oblivion?! 

Naminé. That's also the reason why Riku wasn't affected.

 There are two different things going on here .Namine can manipulate Sora's memories and those connected to him and chose what she wanted to change or replace memories with  . CO itself has rooms that change shape and location based off peoples memories and that's why only Aqua can find Ven.

Namine was the one who manipulated Sora's memories. What Eraqus was saying is that CO is basically a labyrinth so anyone who enters will get lost unless they are/were the guardian of Land of Departure.
