Struggling in the dark, can't find a way out

These twist and turns

Ups and downs

Can I even find a way around?

Trapped here, all alone

So scared and afraid

No one to go to, No one to hold

Why am I here? Why do I exist?

Asking myself these questions as I'm standing in this mist

I slowly start to fade away

Doesn't bother me, no one knows me anyway

As tears come down my cheeks

I see a spark of light

So warm, so bright

"You are not alone, I am here"

It had spoken to me, I took a deep breathe

Reaching to it with all my might

I caught it and hold it tight

Smiling as I'm not alone no more

Hearing a sweet voice as kind as yours

I will fight and have hope

As long as your with me I can do anything

So please don't ever leave me

You are my light that brings me hope
