200 years ago, the Keyblade and its wielders were hailed as saviors of the worlds, despite the weapons checkered past, which included the destruction of the world we had known. So, our ancestors didn't speak up when wielders of this Keyblade started taking up ruling positions in the worlds. Less then 100 years later, these wielders ruled the known worlds. Since then, we have loved under their heels as they fight and squabble amongst themselves, paying the price of war with our blood. Even in times of 'peace', those of us unchosen by the Keyblade are still considered little better then play things by the Keyblade wielding masters. As yet another war between the Light and Dark wielders, it is time for us to speak and say 'no more.' It is time for those crushed between to rise up retake their destiny. For the Gray in between the light and darkness to judge those who abused their power.

It is time for the Decolor Censura.

 

Censura~ Language of origin: Latin. Meaning: Judgement.

 

The Basics:

It has been 200 years since the events of the Kingdom Hearts series. Since then, Keyblade wielders have grown in power till the rule most of the known worlds in some form or fashion. Those who cannot Wield the Keyblade are treated like 2nd class citizens at best, with several worlds treating them much worse. Dark and Light Keyblade wielders war endlessly with each other, with non-wielders expected to serve as foot soldiers and canon fodder.

There is currently a truce in place, but anyone can see that it is only a matter of time before the war starts up again.

A group calling them selves the Decolor, a shadow group some still call a myth, strike against the Keybladers through assassination, sabotage, and hiding those how speak out against the wielders despotic rule. The two leaders of the Decolor are spoken of like legends, even by some of the Keyblade Masters. They are looking for more willing to fight for freedom. Though the Decolor lacks the strength for an open rebellion, it is only a matter of time...

 

~*Rules*~

1) Yuffie Kisaragi is 2nd in command of this little scout troop, so what she says goes.

2) trying to keep the rp in a PG-13 range.

3) While power corrupts, uncorrupted Keyblade Wielders are acceptable, just realize that they will have a bit of a hard time from the other Keyblade Wielders and the Decolor.

4) Thou shalt not kill another player's character, unless that player grants thee permission.

5) Godmodding is prohibited, as it detracts from the fun.

6) There is NO...rule 6.

7) This is the one you were actually looking for, where the sneaky rules maker hides a word you're suppose to put at the bottom of your character sheet to prve you read the rules. The word of today is "Judgement".

8) if there is anything you want to keep secret about your character, you can send me a PM (or Yuffie, if she's alright with that).

9) Anything else I forgot.

10) {New} If any argument over a fight that lasts longer then half a page (10 posts) without an agreement being reached between the players involved, then I will take action to separate the two combatants. I will try to do so while remaining respectful of your characters, but if I post they were split up, they will split up.

You're right Jav, we haven't had a lot of interaction. Well, I did interrogate you, but that was pretty hostile and included a lot of deceiving... so that doesn't really count.

I have decided to start the rp this coming Monday. I apologize for the wait, but there are a couple of things I need to get done before I can focus on the beginning of the game. Having your characters grow as you roleplay them is the best way. Heres a little secret.

 

Have you noticed I use Zion in almost every KH rp? Like, in a KH RP, It is rare I dont see Neena, or Javelin's Nocturne. This use has allowed us to empower them and grow their characters from their base forms. Using them a lot notnonly makes them our 'avatars' but also gives them that almost mythical quality. 

 

When you see Neena, you expect this ninja badass with a grudge against the Keyblade, ruthless and driven. You look at Zion, you expect this awe inspiring lesbian Keyblade Master who overwhelms with amazing power and skill. 

 

And when you see Cody "Waffles", Zero-Four Nocturne (so many names ;- you expect a Kairi fanboy cuddling a plushie...uhm...I mean this powerful guardian who will defend his friends and his Princess with his heart.

 

You might seem underpowered, but the fact is you always make a new character from scratch. Try what we do, and using a character over and over again. They too will build up that mythic quality, allowing you to join the league of the badass and not feel underpowered.

 

The price of having a signature character tho, is always woeming them into different typesnof roleplays in the KH Universe. But thats the fun part

Thanks for the advice Oath. I'm still relatively new to RP's, so I've been focusing more on increasing my skill and making interesting characters that are worth using over and over again. However, I think I'm getting to the point where I've made some interesting characters, and so recently I've been reusing some of them. In fact, all three of the characters I've made for this RP have come from other RP's, one that I made not too long ago, and the other two from an RP that happened a while ago, but never really got off the ground. Also, there's one character I've been using a lot lately who I think would be a great signature character for me to use in Kingdom Hearts RP's like this one.

Bio: He lived in one of the last worlds to be conquered, as it had been hidden for many years. When the Keyblade made it's way into the world, and the wielding teens came into power, Derik decided to use the chaos to leave his sad excuse for a life and become a sellsword, forging his own weapons, and killing those who he was asked to by normal people, normally. He previously didn't know of any kind of love, till a girl named Arrisia came into his life  After they fought and had to work together may, many times, they ended up coming together to fight as a slight, but unannounced couple, the love between them so obvious, but the other so concerned with each-other finding out that it stayed hidden. A week before they panned to finally settle down and maybe finally announce their love to each-other, Arrissia was killed by Derik's nemesis (Who happened to wield the Keyblade) and then was used to torture him to the brink of insanity, flash forward to now, he's taken over about 40% of the world on his own, even the governments of the world, which had the most powerful army, didn't stand a chance and fell one by one, until he was sent as far as possible out into Gummispace. His ability to fly on his own made it possible to come back to the main worlds, but he was unable to find his home. He joined the Decolor, but plans to kill them all as well after they serve his needs.
Weapons: Mainly any weapon he can handle. He could easily wield a keyblade, but he refuses to because they are "Disgusting pieces of wasted material". He prefers to keep to swords, a long sword or Claymore, and a rapure of some kind are his usual weapons, as he dual-wields
