The season 3 finale featured Elsa arriving in Storybrook, and Merida is supposedly slated to make an appearance, as well as Anna and Hans. 

EDIT: Scratch Anna: Just Elsa according to a review I just saw, but Hans is supposedly going to team up with Zelenia. 

( Which is probably a lie to appease the fans )

I'm wondering why did they chose to go with the true concept of Elsa from the movie. None of the other characters look anything like their Disney counterparts except Elsa in this video.

I'm exited! ^.^ Though I'm not sure how well Elsa's going to fit in the story, mostly because the Frozen story is still so similiar to the story of OUAT (the family and love theme and they're both more modern than some old fairy tales etc), so I'm wondering if it is TOO similiar. I mean, how are they gonna twist it like the other stories in the series, so that is feels new and stuff. Well, I don't know but I hope they'll do it well. I'll be glad to see Anna and Elsa in OUAT.

My guess: just for the reason that they could make that cliffhanger.. : D And some of the characters DO look something like the Disney ones, like Belle and Ariel. But yeah, mostly they don't and Elsa looked exactly the same.

 

I don't know either is Zelena alive or not but I hope we'll get some information about her anyway because after the end of the 20th ep I need some D : What exactly happened to her?

They have 100% confirmed Hans, Elsa, Anna, Sven, and Kristoff will be showing up, however, with Elsa doing a six episode stint, the others two or three.
